This machine was developed in India by HYDEN in 1996 It was then displayed in PLASTINDIA exhibition. This is used for converting reverse printed PVC sheet into PVC label sleeve. It uses cold adhesive available locally.

The latest development in this machine is to coat a hot melt on printed side of heat shrinkable PVC, to restrict label from rotation on the container.

[Hot melt dispenser for PVC, PET, OPS Shrink Label for Anti-Slip]
 
This hot melt glue will stick strong on any kind of bottle surface during heat shrink for the PVC, PET, OPS shrink label in process.
 Type of Adhesive used is with:

Base :Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer
Colour : Brownish Yellow
Viscosity : 275-600 cP at 150 degree C,
Softening Point : 65-75 degree C,
3.5 Density : 0.99 + 0.03 g/cm3 at 30 degree C

Applicator Device
This applicator device can be installed in any shrink label center/seaming machine. The glue will be applied on the back side surface of the shrink label approximately thickness 10~15 micron before process center sealing.

Label size length is 100 mm, special hot melt glue line width is 10 mm.
Suppose price of special hot melt glue is Rs.300/Kg.Cost =0.4 p. per glue line.

 
[Perforation Blade]
  We supply perforation blade for PVC shrink Label & Cap seals:
From 1mm(sharp) x 1mm (blank) ~ 5mm (sharp) x 0.5 mm (blank).
 
[Round type perforation blade]
 
We supply round type perforation blade for PVC Shrink Label & Cap seals. Round type perforation from
1 mm (sharp) x 1 mm (blank) ~ 5 mm (sharp) x 0.5 mm (blank).
O.D.75 mm x I.D.19 mm x T = 6 mm.
 
[Cotton Mat]
 
The Cotton Mat material is taken from the sheep and this special wool mat is for PVC shrink center seal liquid gluing purpose and will improve quality sealing, increasing yield, more efficiency. Please don't use any type of cotton for processing your center seal work !
